Medical Software

QA, Cloud & Onboarding — 2018

Supported quality assurance for a clinical software product, working directly with clinic clients to onboard them and adapt the software's workflow to fit each clinic's existing operations.

Network & Security Infrastructure

Set up the full on-site network for a small restaurant, isolating guest and staff traffic to protect business systems while guaranteeing bandwidth for point-of-sale and work devices. Planned and installed a CCTV system across the site, configuring local NAS storage (Synology) instead of manufacturer cloud subscriptions — cutting ongoing subscription costs over time while still allowing real-time remote viewing from a phone.

Finnish Film Day — Project (2025)

Web Application & Art Directing

Independently built a secure, multilingual ticketing site in Angular, allowing users to filter films by day and linking directly to ticket purchase. Also handled the event's print marketing — from planning through to final print.

Resort Booking Integration

IT Operations & Integrations

Set up and maintain a Beds24 integration linking three booking platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb) alongside direct bookings, for a 15-room property. Built a web-based system for staff and management to handle bookings across all channels from one place.

POS Software Support

QA & Cloud — 2025

Carried out end-to-end quality checks on the POS platform before releases reached customers, identifying bugs and feeding back workflow improvements to the development team. Audited the Azure infrastructure behind the platform, reducing unnecessary server costs and configuring Front Door to improve speed and security.
